WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Maestro, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, and Discover.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

Once your order has been completed and your payment has been successful, you will receive an email confirmation. This will contain your order number and the details of everything that you’ve ordered. We suggest you create an account when you order so that you can log into your account and check the status of your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours from payment received.
If your order is custom then dispatch times will vary, but this will be explained within the shop listing before you order.
During busy periods like Christmas, there may be a slight delay in dispatch, but we will update you accordingly.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email of confirmation with a tracking reference number.

You will then be able to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website. 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

At present, we only ship within the UK. We do not ship internationally but this may change in the near future.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail and your shipping options are as follows:

Tracked 48 - £3.95p Flat Rate - Delivery 2-3 Business Days*

or FREE DELIVERY for Orders over £25.00

Tracked 24 - £4.99p Flat Rate - Delivery 1-2 Business Days*

Special Delivery before 1pm - £10.35p - Delivery Guaranteed 1 Business Day*

Local Collection - Free - Collection Next Business Day

*Delivery times may vary from time to time due to staff shortages, illness and strikes beyond our control. 

Should you have any concerns regarding your delivery then please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can, normally within 24 hours, except on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Bank Holidays.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes! If you see a product on the website and would like it made in a different pattern or colour, OR have your own ideas.

Please contact us to discuss this further and we will see what we can do for you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We understand from time to time you may wish to return an item, exchange or request a refund.
