RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We understand from time to time you may wish to return an item, exchange or request a refund.

Customer satisfaction is our main priority, please read the information below to help with this request.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

Post items back to me within 14 days of delivery

Please note: Any returns outside of this time frame, may be rejected.

 

The following items can not be returned, refunded or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. I can not accept returns for:

  • Custom, personalised orders or cut fabric

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • knew an item was faulty when purchased

  • damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it

Customers may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange for the value of the original item. 

If the product is damaged, faulty or the wrong item has been sent and you require a replacement, please contact us to arrange the most suitable returns procedure.

When returning the item, please ensure the details have been agreed with us first regarding the damage or fault. The product will be replaced and sent back to you free of charge once we have received the item. If no replacement stock is available, an agreed alternative will be sent to the value of the original item or a full refund will be issued.

Please note that if you return goods to us that are found not to be faulty on inspection by us, and may appear to be tampered with, we reserve the right to refund or exchange.

 

If you wish to return an item which is not damaged, faulty, or an error on our part please contact us using the method above.

Returns Procedure 

When returning the item, please ensure the details have been agreed with us first before returning the item. The item should be returned in its original product packaging and tags must be attached. Please make sure you enclose your order details, a brief description of why you are returning the item, and your name and address. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer; we do not currently offer free returns. You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service.

 

Refunds

A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window. All refunds go to the original purchaser. Refunds are normally processed the next working day once they have been returned to us, though it may take up to 10 working days during busy periods.

This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
